This Saturday, 3rd September, Billboard Battalion is coming to Ballarat.
ITINERARY
08:00AM – Bendigo group meet and set-up at Rotary Park, Kangaroo Flat.
Rotary Park – 28 High St, Kangaroo Flat.
08:30AM – Bendigo group depart Rotary Park, Kangaroo Flat and move down Calder Freeway.
09:15AM – Meet with Castlemaine group at Victory Park, Castlemaine.
Cnr. Barker St and Forest St, Castlemaine.
09:30AM – Depart Castlemaine for Ballarat going through Daylesford and Creswick.
10:45AM – Meet Ballarat group at Eureka Homemaker Centre (former Masters Carpark), Wendouree
Cnr. Learmonth Rd and Norman St, Wendouree.
11:15AM – Depart Eureka Homemaker Centre and head to Buninyong (Go down Sturt St under the Arch onto Main Rd and through Mount Helen) and come back up via Albert St onto Drummond St South, going past the Ballarat Base Hospital and stopping at Lake Wendouree).
12:15PM – Arrive at Lake Wendouree setting up a visible display. Lunch break.
01:30PM – Break into smaller groups.
- Group One – Wendouree, Alfredton, Lucas.
- Group Two – Delacombe, Victoria Park.
- Group Three – Ballarat North, Ballarat Central.
- Group Four – Sebastopol, Mount Clear, Canadian.
- Group Leaders: Ben/Sharlene, Wade/????, ????, ????
02:30PM – All groups meet at Eureka Stockade Gardens for visible display.
Cnr. Eureka St and Stawell St.
03:30PM – Full convoy departs Eureka Stockade Gardens towards Victoria Park (via Victoria St, Mair St, Ballarat Base Hospital)
4:00PM – Arrive at Victoria Park (playground area) for visible display
Cnr. Oak Av and Caretakers Pl, Newington.
04:45PM – Groups depart with many thanks. Dinner optional – Location TBA.
