This membership option will allow you to choose how much you would like to pay for your membership.
To do this, please complete the order, and leave a note in the order comments explaining how much you would like to pay, and how often (Daily, Weekly, Monthly or Yearly).
This option will charge you $0.01 upfront, so as to collect your credit card details, and then we will manually setup your membership payment as per your order notes. Please feel free to contact us if you would like to discuss this further.
