I am writing to lodge a submission for the upcoming presentation to the Australian Parliament of the Exposure Draft of the Communications Legislation Amendment ( Combatting Misinformation and Disinformation ) Bill 2023.
This Bill as I understand will be voted on sometime in the near future.
I want to lodge my complete opposition to this Bill going to a vote in any way shape or form or from becoming any kind of legislation or regulation.
My overall position is that the FREE FLOW OF INFORMATION IS CRUCIAL TO ANY PERSONS PERSONAL SAFETY AND MUST NEVER BE STOPPED, CENSORED OR RESTRICTED BY GOVERNMENTS, REGULATORY BODIES OR ANYONE ELSE.
Of course if we were to have such a Bill then the primary question would be who gets to decide what is Disinformation and Misinformation and what is not.
This is an enormous amount of power that should NEVER BE GIVEN TO ANYBODY EVER FOR ANY REASON.
This Bill has absolutely niothing at all to do with any genuin attempt to combat misinformation it is a Bill that is Specifically Designed To Give Government The Power TO Shut Down Peoples Ability To Communicate.
This Bill Is A Total Fraud And Deception, It Is Treason And IS ITSELF THE WORST BUT CLASSIC EXAMPLE OF MISINFORMATION AND DISINFORMATION. AND ITS COMING FROM YOUR GOVERNMENT.
Some might argue that there are some acceptable reasons for censorship but as history has savagely taught us that any Government or Authority or Organisation that seeks that power
will generally use it for Sadistic, Criminal and Dictatorial reasons, and almost always ends up being used as a weapon to assist in the crimes against humanity such as mass slaughter, genocide, and total control of populations and the extinguishment of their rights and freedoms and primarily their right to be alive.
The open sharing of uncensored critical information is important to both make decisions about ones life and also to be able to be informed about impending danger just to name a couple of critical examples.
**** THE RIGHT TO HAVE INFORMATION ABOUT AN INPENDING DANGER OR ATTACK ON YOU IS YOUR ABSOLUTE RIGHT AND YOUR PRIMARY FORM OF DEFENCE AND PROTECTION ****

*** WHO ARE KNOWN TO ATTACK AND KILL THEIR OWN CITIZENS ON MANY DIFFERENT OCCASIONS***
And as we have seen not only back in history but right up to and including today the impending danger is almost always from those who want to be in control of the censorship of the information.
And to make it Chrystal Clear the ones guilty of being the extreme danger and the biggest threat to the safety of the population and the ones guilty of misinformation and disinformation and point blank lying to the people with lethal consequences are our very Governments here in Australia, many of their corporate partners and associates, much of the media and many in the medical field, JUST TO NAME A FEW.
The above paragraph is also applicable to many international bodies from the same cohorts who are also liars and catastrophically dangerous and intentionaly causing massive loss of human life including but not limited to the UNITED NATIONS, WORLD HEALTH ORGANISATION and the WORLD ECONOMIC FORUM.
—– THE SPECIFIC PURPOSE OF THIS BILL IS TO GIVE THE GOVERNMENT AND TERRORIST ORGANISATIONS THE POWER TO ATTACK YOU AND YOU NOT KNOW ABOUT IT TILL ITS TOO LATE AND CANNOT DEFEND YOURSELF OR WARN OTHERS –
Here in Australia we also saw an enormous DELIBERATE LOSS OF HUMAN LIVES BECAUSE OF THE CENSORSHIP OF AUSTRALIAN DOCTORS AND BANNING OF CRITICAL INFORMATION AND DRUGS THAT ABSOLUTELY WOULD HAVE SAVED LIVES.
THIS IS A CATEGORICAL PROVEN FACT FROM ALL THE DOCTORS OVERSEAS WHO USED THESE PROTOCOLS AND SAVED LIVES.
ALTERNATIVELY. MANY OF THE PROTOCOLS FORCED ON US HERE IN AUSTRALIA COST HUMAN LIVES AND I PUT IT TO YOU THAT THE GOVERNMENT AND MEDICAL LEADERSHIP KNEW THAT THAT WOULD BE THE EXACT RESULT AND THAT IN FACT THAT WAS THE INTENDED RESULT.
AND IN FACT THEY ARE PLANNING TO DO THE EXACT SAME THING AGAIN BUT WITH VERY MUCH WORSE RESULTSAND ENORMOUSLY HIGHER AND DELIBERATE DEATH TOLL.
This would not have happened if the TRUTHFULL AND HONEST INFORMATION WAS MADE AVAILABLE TO THE AUSTRALIAN PEOPLE AND HAD NOT BEEN CENSORED AND RESTRICTED AS BEING, YOU GUESED IT MISINFORMATION AND DISINFORMATION.

This bill provides for the @@ EXEMPTION@@ of the biggest purpertraitors of not only Misinformation and Disinformation but barefaced and premeditated Lies THAT ARE INTENDED TO DO THE PEOPLE ENORMOUS HARM AND CAUSE DEATHS.
These include but are no limited to the Governments and most of the media.
This demonstrates not only an unaceptable level of hypocracy but an extreme level of criminal intent from the creators of this bill and intended legislation.
Furthermore we have already clearly seen the robust intent and demonstration and capacity of the big tech social media platforms to Censor and Deplatform ‘people’ who are distributing information that is true, correct,verifiable and critical to the saving of lives.
The very same ‘people’ who expose the facts that our Governments now work to further assist the lethal attacks on our population by the Global Terrorist Organisations, as listed above.
The Big Tech social media companies Cover Up These Crimes and shut down the Great people who sound the warning.
This Bill if it came into Law would just be the beginning of the total shutdown of any information or discussion IN ANY SETTING AT ANY TIME BY ANY ONE THAT GOES AGAINST THE GOVERNMENT OR GLOBAL TERRORIST ORGANISATIONS PLANS AND OBJECTIVES.
WE HAVE ALREADY SEEN THIS IN HISTORY AND NOW THEY HAVE THE TECHNICAL CAPACITY TO ACHEIVE THIS RESULT.
*** YOU POLITICIANS ARE THE ONES THEY RELY ON TO GIVE THEM THE POWER TO KILL US ***

As a very important part of this Submission I say to the Politicians who would be called on to support this Bill that you have a duty to oppose this as this is a direct attack not only on our country and people but will extend to your families as well.
You must now decide, do you vote NO and preserve Safety Democracy and Save lives including your families or do YOU vote in favour of Destroying Safety, Democracy and being PERSONABLY RESPONSIBLE FOR THE DELIBERATE DEATHS OFMILLIONS OF AUSTRALIANS.
AND AT SOME POINT WHEN THE PEOPLE WORK OUT WHAT YOU HAVE DONE TO THEM AND THEIR FAMILIES…….YOU WILL BE HELD TO ACCOUNT BY THOSE VERY SAME PEOPLE. GOOD LUCK WITH THAT.
